darkroom time

darkroom time

  1. I dropped in here on a long excavation of on-line possibility sourcing, inspiration gathering, and communication. To find this post which is an old one though very new to my eyes "oldy but goody" in your words, I feel your progression in the photography/art world is a proper fit and seems to be coming along swimmingly. It also got me to think about how much our culture now exists IN images. How much many try to live the photo worthy moment every minute knowing but pretending not to, that there is a camera around every corner, in every bush, around your best friends neck!
In my eyes you are now rapidly becoming a modern day shaman, a sorcerer of sorts. When you are in the dark room this feeling may come over you I am sure of it. You are defining present moment reality, bending it, persuading it, playing with it, dipping it in solutions surrounded by a red glow you my friend are involved with the alchemy of existence! That is a large responsibility in my eyes due to our lack of ability to define our times or selves in any sort of lasting meaningful way on our own. Thank you for taking on this work, I am glad to witness your growth and enjoyment of the matter.
Please up-date with a new pic, launch your fucking site already, and give me a copy of your latest zine for my archives. THANK YOU-Jeremy Ryan Judd.
